What's the difference between this and the Signature engagement?
The Kit is 42 days, fixed scope, fixed price. Same playbook, faster install, less hand-holding. The Signature is 90 days, more strategic involvement, more iteration cycles, priced at by application in India. Most operators with cleaner data and sharper internal team pick the Kit. Most operators in messy or transition phases pick Signature.
Do I get to keep all 23 assets if I don't renew anything?
Yes. Everything ships in your accounts. Your CMS, your ESP, your ad accounts, your analytics. There is no "GetNos workspace" we host things in. If we never speak again after Day 42, you still have the full revenue system running. That's the entire point of the Kit format.
What if our brand voice is very specific? Can the Kit handle that?
Yes. The first phase (Days 1-7) is voice mining. We pull from your existing content, your founder's interviews, your customer support tickets, and your sales calls. Then we build a voice doc that every subsequent asset writes against. Most clients say the Kit assets read more "like them" than what their internal team produces.
Do you run the ads after the Kit ships?
By default, no. The Kit ships you a complete ad architecture, creative bank, and tracking dashboard. Your team runs it. If you'd like us to run paid traffic for you, we offer a separate performance marketing engagement starting at ₹4L/month, available only to Stellar tier clients. We do not bundle it because most agencies misalign incentives by doing so.
What does "we work backwards from your revenue target" mean exactly?
Most agencies start with assets ("you need a landing page, a VSL, ads"). We start with your 12-month revenue target, work backwards to monthly leads required, work backwards to channel mix, work backwards to creative volume, work backwards to which 23 assets we need to build, in what order, with what specs. The math drives the build, not the other way around.
How big is the team that ships my Kit?
4 to 6 people, depending on tier. Strategy lead, copywriter, designer, video editor, traffic specialist, project manager. For Stellar tier, founder Ethi personally runs the strategic phase. We don't subcontract to overseas freelancers. Same team for the whole 42 days.
What if I can't decide between tiers?
Apply with the tier you think fits. On the qualification call, we'll tell you which tier we'd recommend based on your actual numbers. About 30% of the time we recommend a different tier than the operator applied for, in either direction. There's no upsell incentive, the price is fixed.
Why "two clients per month"? Why the cap?
Quality of delivery requires capped intake. Each Kit install is a 42-day full build with a dedicated team. We cannot scale beyond that without breaking the guarantee, so we don't try. If the Q3 cohort is full when you apply, you go on the Q4 waitlist. We do not run a waiting list longer than 90 days because pipeline urgency matters.
What's the refund policy if we cancel mid-install?
Within Day 1-7, full refund minus a $1,290 strategic phase fee (the work is already done by Day 7). Day 8-21, 50% refund. Day 22 onward, no refund, but we honor the 50% guarantee at Day 56 if numbers haven't moved.
Who shouldn't apply for the Kit?
Pre-revenue founders without product-market fit. Agencies trying to white-label it. Operators looking for "just the templates." Anyone who can't deploy at least ₹4L/month in ad budget after handover. We'll route you to The Method or the Free Playbook library instead. The Kit only makes sense if there's enough downstream momentum to deploy what we build.
