The contract between you and Getnos when you use our website, book a call, or work with us. Written in human. No Latin. No loopholes. What you see is what applies.

◆ THE TL;DR

By using our site or working with us, you agree to these terms. Our engagement terms (price, scope, timeline) are in the SOW you sign. The guarantee is real. We keep confidentiality tight. We work in India, so Indian courts have jurisdiction. If you have questions, ask. we'd rather clarify than fight.

◆ SECTION 01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getnos.io, our services, and any engagement with Getnos ("we," "us," "the agency"). By using our site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you're using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, don't use our site and don't engage our services. Simple.

◆ SECTION 02What we do

Getnos provides strategic marketing and conversion system services, including but not limited to:

  • Positioning and messaging strategy
  • Landing page design and development
  • Conversion funnel architecture
  • Paid media campaign management (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Email marketing sequences and automation
  • Sales enablement (scripts, decks, training)
  • Revenue system coaching and consulting

The specific services for each engagement are defined in a written Scope of Work ("SOW") that both parties sign before work begins.

◆ SECTION 03Engagement terms

Intake process

Engagements begin with a 30-minute Revenue Math Call to assess fit. If both parties want to proceed, we send a written SOW within 72 hours. The engagement begins only after the SOW is signed and the first payment is received.

Engagement duration

Our flagship offering is a 90-day engagement (16 weeks of active work). Duration and deliverables are specified per-engagement in the SOW.

Client responsibilities

A successful engagement requires your active participation. You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your existing marketing assets, analytics, CRM data
  • Respond to strategic questions within 2 business days
  • Attend weekly strategy calls (30 min) and relevant touchpoints
  • Make decisions on approvals within 5 business days
  • Provide access to required platforms (ad accounts, email tools, etc.)
  • Assign a single point-of-contact on your end
◆ IMPORTANT

If you don't fulfill your side of the engagement. missed calls, ghosted approvals, delayed access. the guarantee in Section 05 may not apply and the engagement timeline will extend accordingly. We can't deliver results we can't execute on.

◆ SECTION 04Payment

Pricing

Our starting investment is ₹1,99,000$4,997 for the core Revenue Machine build. Enterprise engagements, multi-brand portfolios, and specialized scopes are priced per-engagement.

Payment schedule

Standard payment structure:

  • Day 0 (kickoff): 65% of total invoice
  • Day 30 (mid-engagement): 35% of total invoice
  • Alternative: Full prepayment with a 5% discount

Payment methods

We accept wire transfer, UPI, Razorpay, and Stripe (for international clients). Bank details are provided on the invoice.

Late payments

Payments are due within 7 business days of invoice. Late payments accrue 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement if payments are more than 14 days overdue.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of GST. Indian clients will be charged 18% GST. International clients are responsible for any applicable local taxes.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly covered by the guarantee in Section 05. We don't do partial refunds, prorated refunds, or claw-backs. The guarantee is structured so you're protected without needing refunds.

◆ SECTION 05The 2X booked meetings guarantee

The centerpiece of our offer is this: if we don't double your qualified booked meetings within 90 days of your Revenue Machine going live, we keep working for free until we do.

How it works

  • We establish your baseline qualified booked-meeting number on Day 0 (your trailing 3-month average)
  • "Qualified booked meeting" is defined in the SOW based on your ICP and filters
  • The 90-day measurement period starts the day your Revenue Machine goes live (typically Day 30-45 of the engagement)
  • If qualified leads haven't doubled by Day 90, we continue working at no additional cost until they do

What the guarantee does NOT cover

  • If you don't execute your side (missed calls, ghosted approvals, no ad spend)
  • If you change your offer, pricing, or target market mid-engagement
  • If you don't provide sufficient ad budget (minimum defined in SOW)
  • If your product fundamentally changes or pauses
  • If external factors outside marketing impact your business (regulatory, economic)
◆ WHY THIS IS REAL

We cap our intake at 4 clients per quarter. specifically so we can honor this guarantee. That's the math. 4 clients × 90 days × the full crew = the bandwidth we need. It's not marketing spin. It's load-bearing infrastructure.

◆ SECTION 06Intellectual property

What you own

On full payment of all invoices, you own all deliverables created specifically for your engagement: landing pages, ad creative, copy, sequences, sales decks, case studies. Forever. No ongoing license fees. No claw-back.

What we own

We retain ownership of:

  • Our frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems (e.g., "Godfather Funnel," "Revenue Math Map," "10/90 Truth")
  • Our agency brand, name, logos, and marketing assets
  • Aggregated insights and learnings from engagements (anonymized)
  • Templates, boilerplate, and internal tools we use across clients

Case study rights

Unless you explicitly opt out in the SOW, we retain the right to feature you as a case study. using your company name, results, and testimonials. for our own marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.

Third-party content

When we use third-party tools (fonts, stock images, software libraries), we respect those licenses. Anything we hand you is either original, licensed, or used under terms that permit your ongoing use.

◆ SECTION 07Confidentiality

We take your confidential information seriously. "Confidential information" includes your revenue data, customer lists, proprietary strategies, pricing, internal processes, and anything you reasonably expect to remain private.

We commit to:

  • Limiting access to your data to crew members directly working on your engagement
  • Never sharing your data with other clients, competitors, or third parties (except as needed for service delivery. see Privacy Policy)
  • Maintaining confidentiality for 3 years after engagement ends
  • Signing a separate NDA if you require one (standard one-way or mutual NDAs welcomed)

This doesn't apply to: information already public, information you disclose publicly, information we develop independently, or information required by law (court order, tax audit, etc.).

◆ SECTION 08Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or website to:

  • Violate any laws (local, national, or international)
  • Promote illegal products or services
  • Send spam or engage in deceptive marketing
  • Infringe on third-party IP (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our frameworks
  • Resell or sublicense our services without written permission
  • Harass, discriminate against, or mistreat our crew
◆ ZERO TOLERANCE

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately. with no refund and no guarantee. if a client harasses, discriminates against, or otherwise mistreats any Getnos crew member. Non-negotiable.

◆ SECTION 09Warranties & disclaimers

What we warrant: We'll perform our services with reasonable professional skill and care, in line with industry standards for a specialist conversion agency.

What we don't warrant:

  • That your business will succeed (too many factors outside marketing)
  • That our website will be free of every possible bug or downtime
  • That specific revenue numbers beyond the guarantee will be achieved
  • That third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) will always behave as expected

Our services are provided "as is" except for the specific guarantee in Section 05.

◆ SECTION 10Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the total fees you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing more.

Excluded damages

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity
  • Loss of data (we recommend you maintain your own backups)
  • Third-party platform actions (Meta banning your account, Google changing its algorithm, etc.)
  • Any damages arising from your failure to execute your side of the engagement

Exceptions

This liability limit doesn't apply to: gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or fraud.

◆ SECTION 11Termination

How engagements end

An engagement ends in one of three ways:

  • Natural completion: The 90-day engagement period ends and both parties have fulfilled obligations
  • Guarantee invocation: We continue working beyond Day 90 until the guarantee is met
  • Termination: Either party can terminate for cause

Termination for cause

Either party may terminate immediately if the other: materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 14 days of written notice, commits fraud, or becomes insolvent.

What happens on termination

  • You pay for all work completed up to termination
  • We hand over all deliverables in their current state
  • Confidentiality obligations continue for 3 years
  • IP rights as outlined in Section 06 continue to apply
  • If we terminate for your material breach, the guarantee is void and no refunds are owed

◆ SECTION 12Disputes & governing law

Our approach

If something goes sideways, our first move is always to talk. Most disputes can be resolved with a 30-minute call.

Formal process

If we can't resolve a dispute informally:

  • Step 1: Written notice of dispute, giving the other party 30 days to resolve
  • Step 2: If unresolved, mediation via a mutually-agreed mediator in Chennai
  • Step 3: If mediation fails, binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
  • Step 4 (last resort): Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Chennai courts have exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation.

◆ SECTION 13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

  • The new version replaces the old on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date
  • For material changes, we'll notify active clients and email subscribers at least 30 days before the changes take effect
  • Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept them
  • If you don't accept changes, your remedy is to stop using our services. your current SOW terms remain in effect until that engagement ends

Changes to signed SOWs require written agreement from both parties. no unilateral changes.
